Barista Basics
This class is designed to introduce you or upgrade your skills for a barista role in a specialty coffee environment. We will teach you about espresso equipment and how to use it, as well as science based espresso coffee preparation, stretching and texturing milk, and the typical cafe menu.
The classes are designed and run by team of coffee professionals, including a licensed Q Grader and a WBC Certified Judge. You will be working on industry leading equipment (Dalla Corte, Mahlkonig and La Marzocco) and working with a variety of equipment types in each category.
