Teachers wishing to teach on the English Language Program must hold:

1. an undergraduate degree of at least three years duration, plus
2. a recognised post graduate TESOL qualification or specialist Adult Literacy qualification, plus
3. at least 100 hours teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or Adult Literacy/Numeracy in the last three years.
4. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA04) or equivalent or be able to demonstrate equivalent competencies

If you believe you hold an equivalent to these qualifications, please submit your application and WEA will assess the suitability of your qualifications.
