Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) funding

What is the aim of this program?

WELL funding aims to assist existing employees to undertake training essential to retaining their job and to progress in the workplace by integrating English language, literacy and numeracy (including information and communication technology) with industry specific training delivered in the workplace.

How can I apply?

Eligible organisations can apply for funding of up to 70% of the costs of WELL training.  WEA can assist in the writing of the funding application.

Who funds the program?

The Workplace English Language and Literacy Program is funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
