The Role

We are looking for exceptional accredited Business Trainer and Assessors to work within a range of programs in the Illawarra Region:

  • Employment is on a sessional/casual basis;
  • Flexibility regarding the number of hours per week available;
  • Opportunity to work with the programs most suited to your skills, experience, and passion;
  • Training may be delivered on or off campus and delivery modes may be face-to-face, online or a blended hybrid model, or may involve visiting workplace trainees.

About You

You have the ability to build rapport with students from a wide variety of backgrounds, ages and abilities as well as maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.  You can focus on the strengths that students bring and have a growth mindset which helps your students achieve their outcomes.  You think about innovative and fun ways to deliver training and reflect on ways you can improve.  You have excellent communication and time management skills.  You have well developed digital literacy skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Microsoft Teams). You understand the Vocational Education and Training industry, have appropriate work rights in Australia, hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check clearance, minimum Class C Driver Licence and access to a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
